There are several ways Samuelson families can support our school while simply shopping as they already do!
1 Tyson Project A+
We are taking part in a national fundraising program sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc. called Tyson Project A+™. Through this program, we can raise as much as $12,000 for our school this year! The money we raise can go towards buying books or computers , making improvements to our buildings , or anything else that we want. All we have to do to participate is clip and save the entire Project A+™ label from participating Tyson products. Each label we collect is worth 24¢ for our school. You can simply drop off labels in the office or send them to school with your student(s). Let’s support our school! Clip and save Tyson Project A+™ labels today.

2 Target Red Card
Did you know you can earn 1% of your shopping trips at Target for Samuelson? Simply sign-up for a Target Red Card! You can apply for either a debit card or credit card that you use when shopping at Target or Target.com. Target will donate 1% to the school of your choice through the Take Charge of Education program. If you aren't interested in a credit card, the debit card is an option to consider. The card is linked to your checking account and the money comes straight out of that account.
Besides earning money for Samuelson, you get a couple benefits too - 5% off your total when shopping at Target or Target.com, Free Shipping at Target.com, and a longer return purchase when using your card(s).
Samuelson staff use the Take Charge funds for instructional support materials. In the past they've purchased Reader Theater books and Intervention Curriculum.
Currently only 30 Target Red Card shoppers are donating their 1% to Samuelson and earned just over $500 last year. If we double, or triple that number, just think of the money Samuelson would earn! 3 Box Tops for Education
Simply clip the Box Tops labels found on 100s of products you may already be buying, like Hanes, Betty Crocker, General Mills and more! Each one earns the PTO 10 cents and it doesn't take long for those little labels to add up! Simply send them into the school office. We often hold collection contests during the year, often before class parties and for the Iowa State/Iowa football game.

4 Labels for Education
These labels are found on more that 2,500 products like Campbells, Pepperidge Farms, and Bic. Clipping Labels for Education earns the school points that can be used to purchase various office supplies. Simply clip the labels and send them into the office!
